Dj.Milo began spinning In Bristol with Nellee Hooper and Grant "Daddy G" Marshall around the late 70's early 80's playing an eclectic selection of music  that included funk, new wave, disco, jazz fusion, reggae, soul, punk and later hip hop.

They were given the nickname the "Wild Bunch" by their followers and the name stuck.

They started doing the St.Pauls Carnival (Bristol) , wharehouse party's and a regular spot at the now legendary underground "the Dug Out Club" .  Neneh Cherry (Rip Rig and Panic) hooked the "Wild Bunch" up with gigs with London outfits 'The Language Lab' crew and 'Newtrament'  from Ladbrooke Grove, establishing the Wild Bunch into the London scene.

Milo was invited to play in Japan with Ray Petri's "Buffalo gang" from London in the mid 80's where he hooked up with Hiroshi Fujiwara, K.U.D.O and the Major Force crew and completed numerous recordings including "Return Of the Original Art-form".

Along with Nellee Hooper, Milo moved to London in 86 and secured the Wild Bunch crew a recording contract with Island and released Friends and Countrymen / The Look of Love" with Shara Nelson.

During these times he was invited to gig with Soul II Soul at the "Africa center "  and Notting Hill Carnival, they also played for  Public Enemy, DJ Cash Money, The Jungle Brothers and Red Alert, Tricky Europe and US, Major Force All Stars.

1988 onwards Milo operated largely out of Japan and New York keeping a lower profile and a less obvious musical direction, he went on to remix for United Future Organization, Carl Craig, Hiroshi Fuiwara/Janice Ian/Phoebe Snow, Elegal Records New York, Zhigge, Salaam Remi and Caron Wheeler to name a few and
Milo completed a series of mix cd's for Soph.net (Tokyo) and Hideout (London) and also the "Wild Bunch : Story of a sound system ", for  Strut records.

He recorded his debut album for Dimid records Japan entitled "Suntoucher" then
wrote & recorded "We Know" featuring Tricky for the Dave Chapelle movie "Half Baked".  Whilst living in New York, Milo maintained his passion and interest in music recording for local hip hop artists and producing a number of underground dance tracks under a variety of names.

Present projects include mix cds "Nature/Live at the Cat Club '79", Nature/Live at Peechtree's  '79" and "The Bounce Theory" (Japan).

Mil'o hopes to take you through a cross section of heavy party vibes in the true Wild Bunch sense. Some old and some new but all with the same purpose of letting you express yourself freely with movement, without the constraints of musical politics.
